I’m Erin Lono

Professional Writer and Illustrator

As a realist horror writer, I create stories that take the reader somewhere new, unexpected, and sometimes terrifying. The settings are usually within reality with a psychological twist. I write through various gender voices, using my own experiences from living and traveling all over the USA.

I started writing short stories in elementary school and won county awards for my stories. My latest contribution and debut short story publication, Necroyummycon, can be found in my portfolio.

A new full-length novel is currently in progress.

I'm a classically trained artist with comic book illustration influence that brings a unique look to my artwork. These days, I digitally illustrate all my work.

Necroyummycon, published by CHBB (date TBD) and edited by Jef Rouner and Brooke Kyle was illustrated by me with free range, given the guideline to make it scary and related to cooking. This was the result.
